Europe:

G1 zone: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, UK, Czech Republic and Switzerland.

G2 zone: Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Slovakia, Slovenia, Romania and Sweden.

Shipping time:

Thanks to the efficiency of our logistics providers, we offer a delivery time of between 1 and 3 working from buying Peninsula and up to 5 working days for other destinations enabled on the above days, depending on the day of the week and the time in which we notice the order on our website. Payment of shipping costs:

Re:turns:

In CHARCUTERÍAS EL ALMACÉN all our products are top quality. However if you do not you satisfy the product or deemed not to meet with the right conditions it will replace or exchange it for another of similar characteristics or price if the incidence is notified within a period not exceeding seven days from receipt of order and that the requirements set out below are met:

According to Article 68 of Royal Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, is granted to the USER the right of return on receipt of order seven days, assuming the user own the amount of the cost of return.

Only returns of products that meet the following requirements are accepted:

- It must return the order with all products, with original packaging and original seal unbroken, with all accessories and in perfect condition. In the event that the return of a product already open request will only be admissible if that retains at least 80% of its original weight. In this case, it must be returned in their original packaging and in the best possible condition to be accepted.

- No product returns do not come in original packaging unless they are defective for some kind of damage during shipping or simply by sending wrong product (sorry in advance) are accepted. In this email we will respond as soon we can. Meet all requirements, process the refund total order or to send a new one according to the process that eventually decide by mutual agreement, once the order or receipt of returned product. The return shipping must be done using the same shipping box or a similar format to ensure repayment in perfect condition and a copy of the delivery note must be included within the package indicating the reason for the return.

CHARCUTERÍAS EL ALMACÉN shall not be liable for costs incurred by those returns that occur without respecting the established steps in this procedure.
